Value for Money

EAPs are traditionally based upon average levels of usage across business sectors and it is often difficult for an organisation to specify their likely usage when they start the service.

Typically 8-10% of eligible employees will access the information helpline service and 2-4% will access face-to-face counselling. However this does vary dramatically across business sectors and that is why Right Corecare offers an annual "Value for Money Review" for all customers.

This ensures complete transparency for the customer as each year we review the usage figures for the information helpline and counselling service. A customer can therefore be reassured that they are getting value for money at all times. To help further manage the transparency of the service, Right Corecare offers 2 types of contract.

The traditional scheme is based on a Per Capita Fee per employee per year: It is all inclusive, with unlimited access to the helpline, up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions, publicity materials, membership cards, launch presentations, usage reports, manager support and full account management.

For organisations that are unsure of their usage and budget they could opt to choose an As Used scheme which includes all the elements of the Per Capita scheme at a fixed price and pay for face-to-face counselling sessions on an "As Used" basis, up to an agreed maximum of 6 sessions per person.
