By collaborating with other key stakeholders such as Occupational Health, Human Resources and line managers, we work towards resolving some of the more complex issues that arise in the workplace. We work often at the highest levels within organisations, helping to incorporate well-being strategies into the planning and management of change.
Right Corecare is also able to benchmark usage trends across similar business sectors and aims to become the "go to company" for all our customers' performance and well-being needs.
For Managers
Right Corecare recognises that the role of managers is becoming increasingly difficult and complex. We acknowledge that managers often find themselves responsible for various HR functions in addition to their day-to-day workload.
We believe in training managers to recognise the common signs and symptoms of stress, helping them to intervene early and develop the skills to refer, formally or informally to the EAP. We also give managers tools they can use and resources they can signpost to, which enables them to continue to manage effectively and confidently. We also advise managers on employment issues.
We have established an effective and efficient call-back service for managers, which allows for a discussion with an experienced HR consultant.
For Employees
Frequently, individuals experience difficulties that can impact on work performance or personal relationships.
Right Corecare can provide people with access to immediate support so that they can quickly deal with personal concerns, strains on family life or financial and emotional worries.
